Unless otherwise stated in writing, dates are not held without the required confirmation and payment.

Event Details and Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate event details, including:

- Event date and time

- Venue name and address

- Setup location

- Access instructions

- Parking and loading information

- Power availability

- Schedule or timeline

- Music preferences and special requests

- Any venue rules or sound restrictions

Changes to event details should be provided as early as possible. Last-minute changes may affect service delivery and may result in additional charges.

Venue Access and Requirements

You are responsible for ensuring that DLO Entertainment has reasonable access to the venue for setup, performance, and teardown.

The venue must provide safe access, suitable space, and appropriate power for DJ equipment.

If access, parking, loading, power, weather, or venue restrictions prevent or delay setup or performance, DLO Entertainment is not responsible for resulting delays or service limitations.

Outdoor Events

Outdoor events must include safe, dry, and level setup conditions.

DJ equipment must be protected from rain, moisture, extreme heat, direct sun, wind, and unsafe conditions.

DLO Entertainment may pause, delay, relocate, or stop service if weather or site conditions create a safety risk or risk of equipment damage.

Music Requests and Event Content

DLO Entertainment will make reasonable efforts to accommodate music preferences, playlists, do-not-play lists, and special requests.

Specific songs, versions, or timing cannot always be guaranteed due to availability, event flow, technical issues, or other circumstances.

You are responsible for advising us in advance of any content restrictions, cultural requirements, special announcements, or event-specific expectations.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellation and rescheduling terms may vary based on the event, date, and booking agreement.

If you need to cancel or reschedule an event, contact DLO Entertainment as soon as possible.

Deposits, retainers, and payments may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

Rescheduled dates are subject to availability.

Service Changes

If your event schedule, location, duration, or service requirements change, additional fees may apply.

This may include extra performance time, extended setup time, travel, additional equipment, special setup requirements, or changes requested after booking.

Limitation of Liability

DLO Entertainment will make reasonable efforts to provide professional and reliable service.

However, we are not responsible for delays, interruptions, losses, or damages caused by factors outside our control, including:

- Venue restrictions

- Power failure

- Unsafe event conditions

- Weather

- Traffic or road closures

- Emergency situations

- Equipment issues caused by venue conditions

- Internet or streaming service interruptions

- Acts of God or other events beyond reasonable control

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DLO Entertainment’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
